From about $0.15 a minute. A phone interpreter typically costs $1.10 or more.
A few simple answers.
- When are minutes used?
- Only while live translation is running and two people are on the call. If you turn interpretation off, or sit in the room alone, the video stays free. Plan minutes are used before pack minutes.
- Does the guest pay?
- No. The host's wallet pays. Guests join from the link with a name.
- What is Premium voice?
- When you create a meeting you can pick Premium: the interpreter speaks in a clear studio voice, male or female, that each person chooses. Premium uses 1.5 minutes of credit for every translated minute.
- How does the monthly plan work?
- It costs $22 a month and adds 150 translated minutes each month. It renews automatically until you cancel. Unused plan minutes carry over for one month. Cancel any time on the Credits page and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. There are no refunds for partial months.
- What is a member top-up?
- While your monthly plan is active you can buy 100 extra minutes for $15. They never expire, and you keep them if the plan ends.
